We have a requirement for an Assembly Operative on nights, Mon - Thurs.

A leading manufacturer of precision hydraulic parts, serving global markets across agriculture, construction, and industrial sectors. With continued investment in technology and people, they are expanding their night shift operations and seeking skilled Assembly Operatives to join their high-performing team.

Your new role

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling hydraulic components to exacting standards. Working within a fast-paced production environment, your duties will include assembling components using hand and power tools, reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Mon - Thurs 4.45pm - 03.15am

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role (preferably mechanical or hydraulic), strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions, willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a team-based environment and a proactive attitude and commitment to quality and safety
