Art Teacher – Full Time (Jan–July 2026)
Location: Blackpool
Salary: MPS/UPS | Contract: Fixed Term

Are you a creative and inspiring Art teacher looking for your next opportunity? Hays Education is proud to be working in partnership with a high-achieving secondary school in Blackpool, part of the nationally respected STAR Academies Trust, to recruit a passionate Art specialist for a full-time role starting January 2026.

️ The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Art department. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and imaginative lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills. The role is full-time and will run until July 2026, covering a planned absence.

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Art at secondary level
  • A creative approach to curriculum delivery
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A commitment to student progress and wellbeing
