Hays Education are excited to be working with a creative and ambitious secondary school in Batley, who are seeking an inspiring Art Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who can spark imagination, nurture talent and bring the world of art to life for students across KS3 and KS4.

️ About the Role
  • Delivering engaging and imaginative Art lessons across KS3 & KS4
  • Encouraging creativity, experimentation and confidence in artistic expression
  • Supporting students in developing strong practical and conceptual skills
  • Contributing to curriculum planning, displays and whole‑school creative projects
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
⭐ What We’re Looking For
  • UK‑qualified Art Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 Art in a school setting within the last 3 years
  • A teacher who inspires through passion, creativity and high expectations
  • Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to developing young artists
  • Someone who believes every student deserves the chance to express themselves
  • A positive, enthusiastic and student‑centred approach
