Your new role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across South Wales and Central England, ideally based in or around Cardiff, Newport, Gloucester, or Worcester. You will maintain and grow sales through strong customer relationships, execute the company’s commercial strategy, and identify new business opportunities across various routes to market. Staying informed about competitors and product development will be key, as will delivering marketing campaigns and meeting sales targets. You’ll also be expected to service existing clients and contribute to the company’s continued success.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a minimum of three years’ experience in sales management, a proactive and goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in wholesale channels and managing distributor relationships is highly valued. You must be legally able to travel within Europe and be comfortable staying away from home when required.

What you'll get in return

You’ll receive a competitive base salary of £45,000 to £50,000, with commission between £10,000 to £15,000, and a company car. You’ll be joining a market leader with excellent growth prospects, working in a supportive environment that encourages professional development and success.
