Your new role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead growth across South Wales and Central England. Ideally based near Cardiff, Newport, Gloucester, or Worcester, you’ll be the driving force behind regional sales success. Your role will involve:

  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships
  • Executing strategic commercial plans
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across multiple channels
  • Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
  • Delivering impactful marketing campaigns
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
You’ll also play a key role in servicing existing clients and contributing to the company’s continued expansion and reputation for excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • At least three years’ experience in sales management
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in wholesale channels and managing distributor relationships
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe and stay away from home when needed
