Your new role
As Area Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and profit growth across a dynamic territory in the Southern-Central region. You’ll manage key customer accounts, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored engineering solutions that meet client needs. This is a field-based role requiring proactive engagement, strategic planning, and a consultative approach to selling.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing space action plans to achieve business growth.
Managing customer relationships through solution selling and exceptional service.
Identifying and qualifying new opportunities using business tools and processes.
Creating value-driven engineering proposals that unlock sales potential.
Collaborating effectively across internal teams to deliver customer success.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a self-starter with at least 2 years of field-based technical sales experience and a proven track record of delivering results. Experience in solution selling is essential, ideally within steam or process environments in sectors such as hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or food & beverage. A recognised technical or business qualification is preferred.
