Nottingham Architectural Technologist
Overview:
You will be joining a RIBA-chartered Architectural Practice as an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the technical delivery of design projects across all RIBA stages within the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM models and technical detailing packages.
- Produce architectural specifications and design documentation.
- Conduct technical audits and manage compliance with building regulations.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Contribute to the development of practice standards and technical strategy.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, NBS Chorus, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
- Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture (RIBA Part 1).
- CIAT registration preferred.
