We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a well-regarded, award-winning AJ100 London studio. They have an impressive portfolio of urban buildings across London, including mixed-use, residential, urban regeneration and select commercial schemes. They take an ambitious and considered approach to their designs, creating and delivering exceptional buildings.

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join and contribute to their growing portfolio. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded professional with strong technical expertise and a track record of delivering high-quality buildings within UK architectural practice. You will play a key role in the technical design stages of their projects, producing coordinated, efficient and compliant design solutions that meet the high standards of which they strive.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a degree-qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT certified desirable) with a minimum of 3 years working experience working in a similar role. Proficiency in working with Autocad and/or Revit with a solid technical grounding;

You will possess the ability to produce detailed, compliant drawing packages through RIBA stages 3–5, demonstrating a flexible all-round skill set capable of producing and managing early-stage information in addition to more detailed stages;

You will have an understanding of UK building regs, technical design standards and legislation, as well as an enthusiasm to obtain and use new materials, and embrace modern methods of construction;

Crucially, you will be a team player with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members, as well as consultants, clients & contractors, both in person & remotely.

What you'll get in return

The practice offers a professional and relaxed studio environment, and a supportive and sociable team of colleagues. The office has established an effective development structure for all their staff, with regular CPDs and twice-yearly career reviews. They offer hybrid working and flexible start times, private healthcare, a company pension plan, generous annual leave, a 35-hour week, and regular team social events.

This is a great career opportunity in one of London’s leading studios. Please apply for immediate consideration.
