An award-winning large London practice is looking to hire a talented Architectural Technologist to join their studio. You'll be working on a variety of exciting, large-scale, mixed-use developments across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded individual with proven technical ability, who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment to produce and deliver high-quality buildings.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A recognised qualification within Architectural Technology (equivalent will be considered) and from 3 years in a similar role.

  • Proven experience working within teams delivering high-quality buildings across various project scales and complexities.

  • Strong initiative, problem-solving, enthusiasm, and the ability to manage, coordinate, and prioritise resources. Effective communication with clients and construction teams is essential.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve the best outcomes for the project team, the wider design team, and the client.

  • A thorough understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, technical design standards, and legislation.
    Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates the required qualities.

  • Competence in Continued Professional Development (CPD) in line with the Building Safety Act.

  • Exceptional organisational, verbal, and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
