Architectural Technologist Birmingham

You will be joining a well-established AJ100 Chartered Architectural Practice with offices strategically located across England. This award-winning firm boasts a diverse and impressive portfolio, delivering projects in commercial, mixed-use, logistics, education, and residential sectors, among others. Their reputation is built on innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking two talented Architectural Technologists to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where people are at the heart of the business, and your contributions will be valued and recognized.

Key Responsibilities
As an Architectural Technologist, you will:
  • Use Revit to produce high-quality architectural designs and technical drawings.
  • Review and coordinate technical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for materials and resources.
  • Develop and refine project briefs in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce detailed technical drawing packages for construction and tender stages.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
  • Be highly proficient in Revit (essential).
  • Hold Associate or Chartered Membership of CIAT (preferred).
  • Have proven experience working on commercial projects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Possess at least 1 year of UK-based architectural experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
