*** Architectural Technologist - County Tyrone - Established Practice - £Competitive ***

Your new company

A well‑established architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality design and technical excellence is seeking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. Based in County Tyrone, this studio offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment where technical rigour, creativity, and attention to detail are valued at every stage of the design process. Their continued project pipeline and growing client base have created the need for a skilled technologist who can contribute meaningfully from day one.

Your new role

In this role, you will take responsibility for producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and supporting the delivery of projects from early design through to construction. You will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients, helping to translate concept designs into robust, buildable solutions. Your technical insight will be integral across planning, building control, tender documentation, and site coordination, and you will contribute directly to the smooth progression of live projects within a supportive team environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring demonstrable experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally gained within a practice environment where you have developed strong technical proficiency and a thorough understanding of UK and NI building regulations. A solid working knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD is essential, alongside the ability to manage your workload confidently and communicate clearly within a multidisciplinary setting. A proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be key to thriving in this role.

What you'll get in return

You will join a stable and respected practice offering long‑term career progression, exposure to a diverse range of project types, and the opportunity to further refine both your technical and design capabilities. A competitive salary package will be offered in line with experience, alongside the chance to become part of a close‑knit team where your contribution will be valued and your development supported.
