A growing Wokingham-based design and build company are seeking a junior or intermediate technician for their close-knit team. They have a carefully considered client-focused approach, and have built an impressive portfolio of smart refurbishments, extensions and new build schemes. They are going from strength to strength, hence keen to hire a new member of the team.

The role is open to either a junior or intermediate technician / technologist.

Ideally, you will have:

At least one year’s experience in a similar role
Experience of working on small residential projects
Strong capability in producing technical drawings using AutoCAD
Exceptional understanding of building regulations
Strong communication skills and a keenness to liaise with clients and contractors alike.

The company has moved to a brand-new office space in Wokingham, with good parking and walkable distance to Wokingham station. The team work on a hybrid basis, typically two to three days from home, with good flexibility.

Salary will be dependent on experience, within the 27.5k to 32.5k range, alongside a full benefits package.
