A dynamic architectural studio is seeking a talented Technical Technician with around 2 to 4 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in technical drawing production, solid knowledge of UK building regulations, and a proactive approach to BIM coordination and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and documentation across RIBA stages
  • Supporting BIM workflows and contributing to the development of collaborative project models
  • Assisting in the delivery of residential and mixed-use schemes, both on screen and on site
  • Liaising with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design and technical compliance
  • Responding to regulatory feedback with well-informed technical revisions
  • Residential projects

Your Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD
  • Good working knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and UK building regulations
  • Experience in clash detection and model federation workflows
  • Ability to produce construction and tender packages with clarity and precision
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working within interdisciplinary teams
