A nationally recognised AJ100 Chartered Architectural Practice is seeking an Architect / Architectural Technologist to join its Nottingham office. Your New Role
As an Architect / Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in running residential projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants, you will ensure designs are delivered to the highest standards and meet sector‑specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of residential projects across a range of scales.
- Produce high‑quality technical drawings and architectural designs using Revit.
- Conduct site visits and act as a key representative of the practice.
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and consultants to manage project timelines.
- Review and coordinate technical documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
- Contribute to collaborative working across multi‑disciplinary teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Proven experience delivering residential projects within a UK‑based practice.
- Strong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and BIM experience desirable.
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- At least 2 years’ UK‑based experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- CIAT membership or RIBA Part III qualification (or working towards) desirable.
