Your New Company
A well-established architectural practice in Market Harborough is seeking an Architect to join their team. This practice is known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-focused design solutions. You will be joining a team of 20, where you will get the chance to work within a number of different sectors as this practice has an interesting and varied portfolio.

Your New Role
As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and supporting the design and delivery of projects across varied sectors.
  • Developing creative, sustainable design concepts and producing high-quality technical documentation.
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conducting site inspections and overseeing construction phases to maintain design integrity.
  • Managing project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • ARB registered Architect (or equivalent).
  • Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for high-quality work.
What You’ll Get in Return
  • £35,000 to £45,000 annual salary, paid monthly.
  • 25 days annual leave + statutory public holidays.
  • Company mobile phone provided, with reasonable personal use permitted.
  • Standard hours: 9:00am–5:00pm Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–4:00pm Friday (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break).
  • Hybrid working: minimum 3 days per week in the office post-probation.
  • 6-month probationary period with performance reviews and confirmation upon satisfactory completion.
