Your New Role
As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a variety of high‑quality projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients to understand and define project requirements
- Producing and refining design sketches, models and presentation material
- Conducting research into building materials, systems and innovative design solutions
- Attending design team, contractor and stakeholder meetings
- Reviewing construction drawings and adapting designs where required
- Managing project timelines, deliverables and budgets
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams on project progress
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven Architect looking to take ownership of meaningful work within a respected and growing practice.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- PIII‑qualified Architect (or equivalent professional status)
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience working across all RIBA stages (desirable but not mandatory)
- Ability to commute to Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Minimum 2 years’ UK architectural experience
- Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills
