Hays are delighted to be working with an renowned Belfast practice in their search for an experienced Architect. They provide a design consultancy service throughout Ireland and the UK with their new-build design work and preservation of listed buildings winning them numerous awards locally and nationally. Their work extends to hotels, leisure, retail, office and healthcare. The creation of this role is the result of organic growth, with repeat tender success and natural development of the office. They offer a competitive package, flexible working options and career progression.
Your new role
Our clients are interested in speaking with Architects who are Part 3 qualified and possess drive and ambition.
It is expected that you will be competent in carrying out the full range of professional services and have working knowledge of NI / UK building regulations. You’ll be proficient in AutoCAD with a working knowledge of Revit an advantage.

Located within an attractive part of Belfast, you will join a dynamic team where you’ll have the opportunity to run a range of high-profile commercial projects in the region of £10million - £25million.
