We are currently working with a large, reputable local public sector organisation in the heart of Manchester - supporting them with the recruitment of a experienced Applications Packager to join them on a contract basis.

This organisation is a key part of the wider Manchester public sector landscape, with multiple ongoing projects and digital initiatives it is a great place to join and share your expertise and knowledge.

The contract on offer is for 3 months (with potential extensions)
The role will be hybrid, working 2 days per week on site in Manchester and 3 days remotely.

Your new role

You will be working on a specific initiative to package SCCM applications as part of an annual cycle. (Ideally using PSADT)

• End-to-end application lifecycle management, including packaging, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Repackaging of applications in line with organisational standards
• Application testing and validation across multiple environments (e.g. UAT, pre-prod, production)
• Troubleshooting failed deployments and resolving packaging or compatibility issues
