Your Role
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
  • Provide swift resolution for issues with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Deliver comprehensive end-user support across our core application suite.
  • Install software and applications on end-user devices and core infrastructure as needed.
  • Extract and present data using SQL scripts and report writing tools (e.g., Sage Report Designer, Power BI).
  • Offer guidance and training on the use of our core application suite.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to escalate and resolve support issues.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT department, specifically in an application support role.
  • Experience in an ITIL-compliant service-desk environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and experience supporting these products.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows desktop and server-based operating systems.
  • Commercial experience writing SQL scripts for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with report writing tools to generate business information.
  • Previous support experience with Sage software products (e.g., Sage 200, Sage Payroll).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience using MS Intune
  • Experience supporting applications on iOS and Android.
  • Ability to deliver end-user training on core Microsoft desktop applications.
