Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare Analytics Manager to join a growing advisory team delivering high-impact analytics and modelling solutions across the healthcare sector. In this role, you’ll work with a diverse range of clients, supporting strategic and operational decision-making through advanced data analysis, forecasting, and modelling. Projects span financial and performance improvement initiatives, demand and capacity planning, and system-wide transformation programmes.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of analytical models and insight-driven solutions while managing multiple project workstreams to ensure high-quality outputs. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand key challenges and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, while also supporting business development through proposals and innovative solutions.

Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will bring strong experience in healthcare analytics, gained within the NHS or a consultancy environment, alongside a proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver end-to-end analytical projects.

You are technically proficient in tools such as SQL, Python or R, Alteryx, and BI platforms including Power BI or Tableau, and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations for a range of stakeholders.
