Location: London Heathrow (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

To support this mission, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented AI Governance Analyst to join our growing team.
The Role
As an AI Governance Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the AI Governance Lead in evaluating, monitoring, and reporting on AI use across the organisation. You will help ensure our AI solutions are compliant, ethical, and well‑governed—balancing innovation with responsible risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed risk and opportunity assessments for AI use cases.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI governance frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.
- Produce clear, comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Data Science, Legal, and business units.
- Support the drafting and updating of AI governance policies and procedures.
- Assist with developing and delivering AI governance training and awareness programs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation, with experience producing engaging dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI technologies, ethical considerations, and regulatory environments.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in governance, risk, or compliance—especially within technology or AI—is beneficial.
