Your new company

You’ll be joining a large-scale transformation programme focused on implementing a Cloud ERP solution. This multi-year initiative aims to migrate business processes from multiple legacy ERP platforms to a modern, strategic cloud-based solution.

Your new role

• Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and technical teams to manage backlog prioritisation and dependencies.
• Monitoring progress, managing risks, and reporting delivery status to stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement and coaching teams on agile principles.
• Ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or Senior Scrum Master in large-scale ERP or CRM product implementations
• Extremely knowledgeable about Agile – Able to coach/lead an immature Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with finance processes and ERP systems is highly desirable.
