Contract Opportunity – Agile Coach – Financial Services

The Opportunity
A leading financial services organisation is embarking on a major Agile transformation within its Regulatory Reporting function. As part of this transition, they are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the shift from traditional waterfall delivery to a modern, Agile‑first culture.
This role will focus on coaching, training, and guiding teams and stakeholders through an organisation‑wide transformation. You’ll work closely with a knowledgeable Product Owner, providing expert leadership to uplift Agile maturity across the business.

Details:
  • Location – London
  • Rate – up to £750 / day Inside IR35
  • Duration – Initial 3 months
  • Hybrid – 3 days / week in the office
  • Start – ASAP

What You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver tailored Agile training programmes for teams and senior stakeholders
  • Coach individuals and groups transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
  • Support teams moving from Kanban-style delivery to sprint-based Scrum practices
  • Facilitate workshops on Agile fundamentals, delivery frameworks, and best practices
  • Identify risks, blockers, and pitfalls commonly seen within Regulatory Reporting delivery
  • Promote Agile mindsets, continuous improvement, iterative working, and transparency
  • Work with senior stakeholders to influence change and embed long‑term Agile capability
What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience as an Agile Coach within complex or regulated environments
  • Proven background delivering coaching, training, and large-scale Agile transformation
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc.
  • Experience supporting teams transitioning away from Waterfall ways of working
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to challenge constructively and drive cultural and behavioural change
  • Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
