Aftermarket Support Engineer

Your new company

You will be working with one of the country's top employers, who specialise in manufacturing material handling machines. They have an infamous reputation of being great employers, with employee turnover being low due to their generous benefits package and treatment of employees. Based in Lurgan, it is easily commutable as it is just off the M1 for anyone coming east or west.

Your new role

You will be working alongside a variety of teams with engineering, communicating with customers to ensure their orders have been fulfilled correctly, and communicating with them if there are any issues. A key part of the role ic completing root cause analysis of where the issue occurred and working alongside the relevant team to ensure the issue is resolved and amended future orders.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be educated to a HND/Degree Level in an engineering discipline, a minimum of 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Desirable needs including programming of robotic welding equipment or manual welding equipment, or

What you'll get in return

You will receive a strong salary consistent with the market rate, but this employer is open to any salary expectations if it brings value to the team, ranging from a graduate with 1 years experience in a placement, or those with much more experience.
