After-Sales Support Coordinator – Warwick

Your new role

As the After-Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the customer service and commercial teams. You’ll be responsible for managing customer returns, coordinating technical service visits, and handling complaint resolution with professionalism and accuracy. The role also involves processing orders, maintaining records, and liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team where attention to detail, clear communication, and cross-functional coordination are essential. Flexibility is offered around working hours, with both full-time and part-time arrangements considered.


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • Proven experience in an administrative support or customer service role
  • Confidence in handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn basic technical product knowledge
  • Experience in a B2B, engineering, or manufacturing environment is desirable.
