Your new role
As an Adobe Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, multichannel CRM campaigns. You’ll consult on projects, advise on best practices, and ensure full utilisation of Adobe Campaign capabilities. Working closely with delivery leads and solution architects, you’ll design and implement workflows that drive engagement and commercial success.

Working closely with delivery leads and solution architects, you’ll design and implement workflows that drive engagement and commercial success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimising campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels using Adobe Campaign.
- Designing detailed data workflows to support CRM strategy and automation.
- Interpreting complex data briefs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Managing campaign documentation, templates, and typology rules.
- Ensuring quality assurance and troubleshooting issues, liaising with Adobe Support when required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience with Adobe Campaign and end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
