Facilities Admin Assistant – HMYOI Askham Grange

Your new company
You will be working for the Facilities / Works Department based onsite at HMYOI Askham Grange.
This is an ongoing temporary role which may open up permanent opportunities subject to performance.

Your new role
You will be the main administrative support to managers and supervisors within the department, responsible for filing away compliance-related documents and logging jobs and actions into the internal system, email correspondence, answering calls and transferring them to the right departments, escorting external contractors around the site safely.
If you have any DIY skills, then that is an advantage. However, the role is mainly admin-based, so this is the main proven experience we are looking for.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous admin experience.
You must be able to pass a full prison vetting process.
You must have a valid passport or full birth certificate and photo driving licence along with proof of NI and proof of address.
You must be able to provide 2 recent employment references (or 1 if that is all you have had in the last 3 years)

What you'll get in return
The opportunity to work in a prison environment
