Administrator to Property Director
£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Opportunity for promotion as the department grows
- Hybrid role working 2 days per week in their modern city centre offices.
Your new role
Hays are excited to be working exclusively with a well know legal firm in Leeds City Centre, just a short walk from the train station. The role will be to support the Property Director with complex administration support, from coordinating projects, arranging meetings to invoicing clients.- Preparing and sending bills for property matters
- Creating and proactively maintaining billing schedules and record keeping
- Preparing project review reports ensures deadlines are met.
- Liaising with third parties associated with the property billing process
- Resolving queries within the team
- Produce progress and compliance reports to partners and heads of department.
- Ensure confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times
