Temporary Case Administrator

Location: Remote (IT and phone equipment provided)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join a fast-paced team dedicated to managing damp, mould, and disrepair cases. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on residents’ living conditions while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Open and manage cases following reports of damp and mould issues.
  • Repair Coordination: Raise and track repair orders, ensuring timely completion.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with residents to provide updates and support.
  • Contractor Liaison: Work closely with contractors to schedule and monitor repairs.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle queries and resolve issues promptly in a high-pressure environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Previous experience in housing, repair coordination, or customer service is desirable.
  • Fully remote working with IT and phone provided.
