We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a well-respected charity.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing excellent support to the team during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
  • Handle general office duties, including filing and ordering supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, volunteers, and stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and commitment to the charity’s mission
