Your new role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of administrative tasks. You will contribute to improving the operation's productivity. Key responsibilities include:- Processing applications and maintaining accurate records across multiple schemes
- Updating databases and logging daily activity
- Assisting with assessments, registrations, and certification procedures
- Preparing reports and statistics to support internal operations
- Supporting meetings with documentation and minute-taking
- Contributing to the development and delivery of new and existing services
- Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Offering support and advice on registration and certification processes
- Recording member interactions and maintaining communication logs
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will have:
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in customer support and record-keeping
