Housing Administrator
Location: Leeds (Hybrid) Contract: Temporary – 3 months
Are you highly organised with exceptional attention to detail? Do you have experience working with CRM systems and a background in housing or planning?
I am working with a client who is seeking an Administrator to join them on a temporary basis and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate case management for homes, including scheduling repairs and essential checks.
  • Track progress across multiple systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to keep everything on schedule.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to utilities, council tax, and compliance documentation.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience using various CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external partners.
  • Housing or planning experience is highly desirable.
