Your new company

A well established organisation, associated with the construction industry, offering specialist hire services and operational support across major infrastructure projects. Currently recruiting an Administrator for a period of 5 months to cover the remainder of a maternity cover, this is an excellent opportunity for an introduction to a well-regarded local business.

Your new role

This role is accepting applications from candidates looking for between 24 and 37 hours per week. Start and finish times can be flexible to accommodate.

  • Ensure receipt of all timesheets and hire sheets and send for payroll crosschecks

  • Match all paperwork for invoicing, and invoice all contracts

  • Resolve any client queries received as a result of issuing invoices

  • Update databases and spreadsheets

  • Raise credit notes as required

  • Work with Resource Planners to book lodge and update fatigue records as required

  • Any other duties as reasonably defined by your line manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of invoicing and administration tasks

  • Good knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure processes are followed and completed
