Administrator-Temp-Full time

Ongoing temporary role for a utilities company based in Bradford.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, on-site 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
You will be providing administrative support to the team. Working with colleagues to capture, collate and log site activity
Accurately log data in line with client and internal processes
Monitor progress of work orders and follow up
Create weekly reports and quality checks
Liaise between site and office teams to gather information
Manage other ad hoc tasks such as document preparation, note-taking, filling, record management

Skills & Experience Required:
Previous administration experience is essential
Strong MS Office knowledge
Experience of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Strong communications skills
Experience working in administrative functions on construction or utilities projects
Confident in working with high volumes of data and processes
