Working pattern for this role is flexible, working a standard work week of 35 hours, being Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm, hybrid working 4 days from home and 1 day in the office, including an hours lunch break.

Your new job
As an Operational Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the internal management of our team. Working closely with the Business Unit Director and Deputy Business Unit Director, you will ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business unit. Your responsibilities will include setting up new starters, managing internal people change requests, maintaining internal systems, and using Power BI for internal MI requests. You will also handle diary management, meeting arrangements, expense requests, and oversee the Legacy New Instruction inbox. Additionally, you will prepare client MI reports, ensure accurate internal and external MI, and support various ad-hoc tasks to meet client and internal requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should be proficiency in Excel and Office 365 is essential, and prior experience with a Case Management system is desirable. Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing, are crucial. You should be able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively, remain calm under pressure, and maintain attention to detail. Self-confidence, good literacy and IT skills, and the ability to work well within a team are also important. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change will help you thrive in this role.

What you’ll get in return
