Hays are working alongside a prestigious organisation who are looking for a Part time Administrator who will provide administrative and coordination support ensuring all enquiries are handled in line with statutory obligations, internal processes, and organisational standards. The role requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Your new role

In this role duties will include:
  • Support the processing, tracking and monitoring of requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using SharePoint lists and other internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing responses, gathering information and liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with relevant legislation and organisational policy.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Uphold professional standards of communication with internal teams and external requesters.
  • Contribute to team collaboration, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Time Management & Prioritisation: Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in data handling, record keeping, and written communication.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Organisation: Demonstrates structured working methods and strong administrative capability.
  • Confidentiality: Handles sensitive information appropriately, with discretion at all times.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent user of Microsoft Office tools, including:
    • SharePoint lists
    • Outlook
    • Teams
  • Teamwork: Works collaboratively and supports colleagues as required.
  • Proactive Approach: Uses initiative to identify needs, risks, or process improvements.
