Hays are working alongside a prestigious organisation who are looking for a Part time Administrator who will provide administrative and coordination support ensuring all enquiries are handled in line with statutory obligations, internal processes, and organisational standards. The role requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Your new role
In this role duties will include:- Support the processing, tracking and monitoring of requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using SharePoint lists and other internal systems.
- Assist with preparing responses, gathering information and liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with relevant legislation and organisational policy.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
- Uphold professional standards of communication with internal teams and external requesters.
- Contribute to team collaboration, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Time Management & Prioritisation: Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in data handling, record keeping, and written communication.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- Organisation: Demonstrates structured working methods and strong administrative capability.
- Confidentiality: Handles sensitive information appropriately, with discretion at all times.
- IT Proficiency: Competent user of Microsoft Office tools, including:
- SharePoint lists
- Outlook
- Teams
- Teamwork: Works collaboratively and supports colleagues as required.
- Proactive Approach: Uses initiative to identify needs, risks, or process improvements.
