NEW TEMPORARY ROLE – 3–4 WEEKS STARTING ASAP
Role Purpose:
MUST BE A CAR DRIVER AS LOCATION IS DIFFICULT ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT
3-4 WEEKS WORKING ONSITE EVERYDAY
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth charity operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Maintain records and update databases.
Assist with invoices and basic finance tasks.
Support events and fundraising activities.
Order office supplies and manage stock.
Skills Required:
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Previous admin experience (charity sector desirable)
