Administrator | Order Processing | Office-Based | Temporary | Immediate start

I am working with a client who is seeking an experienced administrator / order processor on a long-term temporary assignment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing a high volume of print-related orders with accuracy and speed
  • Managing client communications via email and phone
  • Navigating and updating bespoke internal systems
  • Supporting the account team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time

What We’re Looking For:
  • Fast learner - Who can pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail – Accuracy is key
  • Friendly and professional communication style – both written and verbal
  • Client-facing confidence – you’ll be a key point of contact
  • Eager and hungry to get stuck in and make a difference
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced office
