Your new role

Temporary Part-Time Office Administrator

This is a front-of-house role providing administrative support to multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing reception duties and accurate message taking
  • Signposting visitors to appropriate services
  • Supporting Facilities and Building Maintenance
  • Assisting with Health and Safety compliance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Business Administration Qualification with at least 1 year’s experience providing high-quality administrative support
    OR
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

What you'll get in return

  • 28 hours per week across 4 days (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
  • £12.70 per hour / £23,117 per annum
  • Temporary, with potential for temp-to-perm consideration
