Administrative Assistant

Your new company

A technology business based in London is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Technical Team on a temporary basis. The position is initially offered on a rolling month to month contract. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a hybrid working model, four days in the office and one day working from home (Fridays).


Your new role

You will provide dedicated administrative support to the M&A Technical Team, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role plays a key part in enabling collaboration between internal teams and external partners, while managing the logistical and operational aspects of ongoing merger and integration projects. Responsibilities include calendar and diary management, preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating cross-functional sessions, and supporting expense tracking and purchase orders. You will also assist with project timelines, travel planning, and general administrative duties across the IT and M&A teams.


What you'll need to succeed
