Your new role
As Administration Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing a team that handles contract activation, in-life support, and end-of-contract processes. Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure service delivery is efficient, accurate, and customer-focused. This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, delegate workloads, monitor KPIs, and support team development. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for escalated queries and drive continuous improvement across the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a confident and proactive leader with a background in contact centre, customer care, or service administration. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage performance in a fast-paced environment.
