Hays are proud to be working closely with a prestigious company based in West Lothian, that requires a self-driven Administrative Officer to join their dynamic business on a 3-month temporary basis.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Process administration
- Booking our meeting rooms via our integral booking system
- Receiving day-to-day deliveries and distributing accordingly
- Processing and inputting data with great attention to detail
- Query Management
- Maintaining data accuracy
- Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this highly visible role, you will have:
- Strong proficiency in IT with the ability to pick up new systems.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Punctual, dependable and consistent.
- Personable and adaptable when dealing with customers.
- Self-Motivated
