Administrator Required – West Lothian

Hays are proud to be working closely with a prestigious company based in West Lothian, that requires a self-driven Administrative Officer to join their dynamic business on a 3-month temporary basis.

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process administration
  • Booking our meeting rooms via our integral booking system
  • Receiving day-to-day deliveries and distributing accordingly
  • Processing and inputting data with great attention to detail
  • Query Management
  • Maintaining data accuracy
  • Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this highly visible role, you will have:
  • Strong proficiency in IT with the ability to pick up new systems.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Punctual, dependable and consistent.
  • Personable and adaptable when dealing with customers.
  • Self-Motivated
