Are you passionate about supporting staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning?
Do you have the ability or experience to provide an exceptional admin and reception service in a busy school?

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, efficient and enthusiastic administrator to support the work of the Academy in North Birmingham. Broadway Academy Trust is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and constantly striving for excellence.

The Team
You will be joining a cohesive and dedicated administration, reception and reprographics department who continually strive to support excellent outcomes for students. We are a small and friendly team who work in a busy and varied environment where no two days are the same! If you possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and can remain calm under pressure, we would love to hear from you.

The right candidates will:
* have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* be able to work efficiently in a busy and varied office environment
* have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* be highly organised.
* have a strong background in office administration
* previous experience in a school office setting would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
