Your new company

My Client is a regulatory body whose head office is based in Manchester. They Uphold excellence and integrity as the leading regulatory authority for Healthcare professions, ensuring the highest standard of practice and patient care.

Your new role

- You will be supporting a busy Specialist Applications team, dealing with incoming post, logging information
- Processing and keeping track of reports
- Document verification
- Responding to emails
- Checking for duplication
- Deal with telephone and email queries
- Working in a fast paced environment

What you'll need to succeed

- Able to demonstrate attention to detail

- Background of working in Education or a regulatory body
- Strong IT skills, ideally experience of using CRM systems, word, excel
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
- Work with changing priorities

What you'll get in return
