Your new role

  • Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support.
  • Coordinate and manage communications from partner organisations and stakeholders.
  • Capture and document discussions and actions from daily regional meetings.
  • Support the production and dissemination of daily reports.
  • Organise RCC activities including meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Contribute to financial management and resource efficiency.
  • Support the development of records management and information systems in line with policy and best practice.
  • Promote effective team working and contribute to a culture of openness and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

A university degree or recognised professional qualification (NQF Level 6 or above)
and
At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative Band 4 (or equivalent) role within the health and social care system
OR
  • At least 4 years’ experience in an administrative Band 4 (or equivalent) role within the health and social care system
    Experience must include:
    • Diary management
    • Reproducing data and updating systems
    • Servicing high-level meetings (including minute taking)
    • Working with a range of professional groups.
