Temporary Administration & Recruitment Coordinator – Office Based in Skipton
I am working with a client who is looking for a full-time Administration & Recruitment Coordinator for a 4-week temporary role, with the potential to be extended. This is an office-based position in Skipton, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and contract preparation
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics
  • Maintain personnel databases and verify compliance paperwork
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support recruitment processes
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support crisis management during travel disruptions or emergencies
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven administrative experience and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/data platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Calm and adaptable under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support others
Desirable but not essential:
