2–3-Week Project Support - ADMIN within a PAYROLL Function

Job Title: Temporary Payroll Administrator
Location:Outer Leeds (with parking available)
Duration:2-3 weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team for a short-term project. This role is fully office-based in outer Leeds, with convenient parking available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees. Training will be provided. However, there will be more inputting of information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (Training provided)
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll administration or data entry is preferable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
