Your new role

• Lead on-site audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Manage fieldwork, supervise junior team members and review their work
• Prepare high-quality audit files and ensure compliance with standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact during assignments
• Support partners and managers with ad‑hoc technical and advisory work

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
• Proven audit experience within practice
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
• Confident leading audits and supporting junior colleagues
• Excellent communication, organisation and client‑facing skills
