Your new role

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts
• Provide strategic advice to clients on financial planning, tax, and business growth
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence

What you'll need to succeed

• ACCA or ACA Qualified
• Minimum 5 years PQE working in an accountancy firm
• Proven track record of developing junior staff
• Extensive experience preparing accounts for small to medium companies
• Good communicator with fluent English
• Able to manage high workload and delegate accordingly
