This long-standing, independent accountancy practice which specialises within the medical industry is seeking to appoint a new Accounts Semi-Senior into their recently renovated Wilmslow office. This role has come around following an extended period of company growth, presenting excellent opportunities for an eager candidate who is seeking career progression. Your new role
In your accounts Semi-Senior job role, you will be responsible for preparing year-end and management accounts for a range of different clients within the medical industry, ensuring the senior staff are continually informed about progress alongside your studies. Day-to-day duties will include preparing VAT returns, tax returns as well as taking an active role in assisting the training of junior members within the organisation. You will also be required to develop strong client knowledge and build strong client relationships, providing insightful advice and guidance.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm is seeking a professional semi-senior who possesses previous experience within practice, preparing statutory accounts as well as some exposure to management accounts, tax and VAT returns. To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of accountancy software whilst being eager to learn and progress professionally within the firm, which will allow you to benefit from the comprehensive support on offer.
